OPERATIONS

1. Normal operating pressure is between 90-130 PSI on the "supply gauge" and 120-280 on the "vessel gauge". (see photo on left)

2. Ice or frost on the vessel in the form of rings is normal during periods oh high c02 draw.

INVENTORY CHECK

1. Daily inventory check on your Bulk c02 system allows time to report low product levels. Bulk c02 tanks have easy to read "content gauges". Report inventories below 25% (1/4 tank).

3. Depending on your tank, you may have one of the following gauges. (photo on right)

ICE BUILD UP?

  1. Ice build up on the TOP of the tank suggests there is a potential leak on the system. If you think a leak is present, call our customer service number.

  2. Have the following information available (gauges pictured above):​

    1. Tank level ​

    2. Supply pressure

    3. Vessel Pressure

Beverage System

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENENCE

1. Empty syrup boxes may be causing c02 leakage. Air pump sound coming from soda machine indicates that you are losing c02.

2. Regular cleaning of the syrup box connections with warm water can prevent build up and c02 leakage.

4. If soda tastes flat, check to make sure that ice is present in your fountain.

3. Contact your soft drink provider to report problems with beverage systems.
